In the following section, I will take a closer look at some of 3Commas\u2019 key features in its V2 in 2026, including its interface, supported exchanges, trading bots,<\/span> and the changes introduced in V2. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Signal Bot<\/span><\/h3>\n

A <\/span>signal trading bot<\/span><\/a> executes trades based on alerts from platforms like TradingView, enabling users to profit from price movements by automatically managing entries and exits. The Signal bot feature was a core part of 3Commas V1 and is still available in V2, but its setup has been reorganized around the source of your trading signals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are using a <\/span>TradingView indicator<\/span><\/a> or strategy, you should select \u201cTradingView Indicator\u201d or \u201cTradingView Strategy\u201d as the bot’s start condition. For Custom Signals, you can now enable JSON and choose the start condition that matches your signal source, such as a TradingView Indicator, API Request, or another supported source.<\/span><\/p>\n

In other words, instead of treating custom signals as a standalone signal type, 3Commas v2 lets you define where the signal comes from and how the signal data is delivered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The DCA Bot<\/a> is one of 3Commas\u2019 core automation tools, allowing users to automate entries and position averaging with configurable base and averaging orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of keeping all DCA-related triggers under one bot type, 3Commas now separates them based on how the strategy is triggered. Also, Indicator-based strategies remain under DCA Bot, while TradingView- and API-triggered strategies have moved to Signal Bot. Strategy Gallery has also been integrated into the DCA Bot workflow as DCA Bot Presets.<\/span><\/p>\n
